We're able to represent your best interests, at no additional cost to you, in the purchase of any type of property including a single family home, townhome, twin, farm or investment property. Just ask us how! Q. What do I do when I see a “For Sale” sign on a home in which I’m interested or a home in a Real Estate ad? A. We can show you ANY property listed by ANY Real Estate company (not just Keller Williams) in any area. When you see a “for sale” sign or ad, call us with the address and/or phone number. We’ll get all the information and schedule an appointment for us to see the home. Q. What do I do if I want to attend an Open House? A. We need to accompany you to any open house or pre-register you ahead of time. However, if we are not with you and you can’t resist going in, please tell the Realtor at the open house that we have a business relationship. Otherwise, you’ll be obligated to work with that Realtor who cannot represent you. Q. What if I see a home in which I’m interested that is a “For Sale By Owner”? A. When you see a “for sale by owner” sign, call us first with the owner’s phone number. Most “for sale by owners” will cooperate with us to represent you in the purchase of their home. We must make the initial contact in order to represent you. Q. What do I do if I’m interested in new construction? A. We must accompany you on any visit to a new construction site. Otherwise, we won’t be able to represent you. The Realtor hosting the new construction site represents the builder and cannot represent you.
